Beginning my design and art journey within architecture, I've cultivated a deep understanding of how design mediates spatial and stakeholder dynamics, leading me to explore its broader societal impacts through community engagement and cultural intervention. My transition to digital media and virtual reality, fueled by an MFA in Media Design from Art Center, has been driven by a desire to harness technology's transformative power. Through immersive AR/VR projects and speculative design, I've probed the ethical, environmental, and socio-economic ramifications of technological advancements, notably in my thesis focusing on AR's role in reshaping the gig economy for enhanced worker support.
My experience at BMW's Innovation Lab further solidified my expertise as a full-stack XR designer and developer, where I leveraged spatial, experiential, and narrative understanding to pioneer enhanced human-vehicle interactions. This role honed my ability to integrate complex user insights with strategic design processes, emphasizing teamwork, strategic content creation, and a commitment to driving social and environmental change through design and technology.
